A Brighter Christmas

As we approach the Christmas season we are blessed in many ways that hopefully include health, family and our daily bread. Yet, some families are troubled with economic hardships. Last year, we invited those willing to donate the money they traditionally spent on neighborhood gifts to donate to a Christmas fund. The money donations purchased Christmas items for several families that were in need. The Bishop was very grateful as the collected funds had a wider scope of usage than that of the fast offering funds. Thank you for the kindness of last year. He (through you) was able to aid many in having a brighter Christmas. We hope some of you might find this a great alternative in keeping with the Christmas spirit that helps the less fortunate this year. ~ Elaine Peterson

If you would like to participate please take your "Operation Christmas" donations to Kim Schipaanboord on or before December 15th.

From home to home, and heart to heart, from one place to another....
The warmth and joy of Christmas, brings us closer to each other. ~ Emily Matthews
